Registration opens at 09:00 CET, accompanied by 'Healthy and Sweet' refreshments before the 'Welcome' session at 10:00 CET in the main hall, 'THE MUSIC.' The morning will feature engaging presentations on the main stage, followed by lunch in the restaurant from 12:00 to 13:00. In the afternoon, the conference will split into product-specific sessions and interactive workshops, concluding at 16:00.

Optional Dinner - Wednesday 18/03/26 - 18:00 - 22:00 CET

Join the Mintra team and fellow delegates for a three-course dinner in 'THE MUSIC' at the hotel after the first day of the conference. Sue Terpilowski FCILT, OBE is the founder and managing director of Image Line Communications, a specialist PR and communications consultancy established in 1988, working across the maritime, logistics, ports and supply chain sectors. With 38 years of industry experience, Sue is a trusted adviser, moderator and speaker, known for her clear insight, honest perspective and ability to drive engaging, informed discussion.

She has strong and long-standing connections with Norway as a regular attendee and past speaker at Nor-Shipping, and through her involvement in industry events in Bergen and Tromsø, including the WISTA International Conference in Tromsø. Sue is Immediate Past President of WISTA UK, Immediate Past Chair and Diversity Chair of WISTA International, and Chair of Policy for the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

Sue was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in 2014, presented by HRH Princess Anne. She also appeared on BBC television in 2015 as part of the interview panel in the final of The Apprentice.

  • How much does it cost to attend?

    There are two ticket options.

    Delegate Ticket: A 2-day conference pass is available for NOK 2,000 (excluding VAT) and includes lunch on both days and refreshments throughout the event.

    Delegate plus Dinner Ticket: Delegate tickets, including the dinner, are available for NOK 2,500 (excluding VAT).

  • Can I purchase tickets for multiple people?

    Yes, you can pay for multiple people to attend. All registered attendees will be added to the email distribution list and kept updated.

  • What are the payment options?

    You can register and purchase online with a card payment. A VAT receipt will be emailed following payment. If you prefer to pay by invoice, you can select 'Invoice' during the payment process, and you will be sent an invoice with a seven-day payment term.

  • How many people will be attending?

    Last year's 2024 System User Forum welcomed over 150 attendees representing 50 organisations from across Norway and beyond. Delegates comprised managers from HR & Crewing, Payroll & Accounting and Training & Competence.

  • Will the sessions be recorded?

    We intend to record all sessions and, following the event, we will email all attendees links to the presentations and video recordings on mintra.com.
